i've never had to do a chargeback, thankfully. this was for a transaction that was coming from china. it'd taken over a month and the seller didn't have tracking info for me. i told him that if a month came and it didn't show, i want a refund, otherwise i'd do a chargeback and get the money back anyway. i told him if the package came, i'd send him the money. he refunded me and then 15 mins later the mail came and there was my package from china. so i wrote an email apologizing and resent the money.
i think someone here mentioned that their paypal account got closed after a chargeback was done. but weren't there other women who did chargebacks and still had access to their paypal accounts?
