It is disappointing that the OP came here to share and to seek advice and was instead called a bully, immature, dumb, etc...

OP I hope you are able to work something out with them and that your ring is soon everything you hoped it would be. Good luck!

Like I said in a previous thread, I think a lot of people here put certain vendors on a pedestal. I'm curious how badly it is. Do you have any photos? I also wonder if their jewelry is "handmade" or the stones are just "set by hand". I hope you're able to get this corrected soon!
I don't think that's the case. I think that a lot of people here just have only had good experiences with the vendors in question.
I agree Joyce. and I think it's really unprofessional and just plain rude and a form of bullying to take your issues to a message board before everything is hashed out. I've been told certain repairs and things were not covered at brick and morter stores, I never screamed, yelled, insulted, wrote nasty letters, or threatened lawsuits because of this. It's extream immaturity. Cutomers want moissaniteco/ashadiamonds to be professional? start acting it yourself. Lately there is a lot of crybaby whining posts about service not being PERFECT before everything is worked out, and guess what? the original poster often looks like an ass.
1.I think you need to rethink your comment because what I call unprofessional and just plain rude and immaturity is saying "the original poster often looks like an ass."

2. She has every right regardless if you like it or not to express her opinion on these boards along with the recent posters who have not been happy with their product from moissoniteco/asha diamonds and as to your comment "Customers want moissaniteco/ashadiamonds to be professional?" Hell yes. what has the customer got to be professional about???? they are buying the product whats not to expected? I am a business owner and try 100% to service my customers. There is always a minority that are not always happy even though we have offer our best to resolve it,and unfortunatly we get a bad review even if the customer is happy in the end, but it was my bussiness that put me in that seat in the first place I honestly do hope that you are not a business owner bhowever judging from your comment about "Customers want moissaniteco/ashadiamonds to be professional? start acting it yourself.." I guess your not. "The customer is always right" even if they really are not.

If anything I am happy with critisism I like to know were my business needs to be improved, there is no excuse for me not giving my client 100% everytime. I am sure that MC /AD would have the same opinion, if customers are not happy, and it happened suddenly all around the same time they will be able to look at their staff and pinpoint were the problems are comming from.

3. I dont think the poster is being a crybaby, she is just very unhappy with her ring, however I am sure that by the time MC/AD finish with it ring she will be very happy.

Thanks to the ladies who either offered sympathy or were able to offer advice in a polite way. I will not be returning to these boards due to the amount of drama a true "warning" can apparently create.

Yikes, what is with all the unnecessary drama here??
Aren't we supposed to be a safe haven for all sparklie lovers? Just because someone gave a review you don't agree with doesn't mean we need to jump all over them. I really appreciate reading honest reviews and I'm aware there will be good and bad for any company you order from. If ms.penguin sends her ring back to moissyco and they swiftly fix it to her liking, I'm sure she would come back here to post a good review! I think the goal for all of us is to have an amazing ring and we ALL deserve that!

I recently posted about the same issue with JbEG. My dream ring arrived with a slightly crooked OMC. I'm not mad about it... just sent it back to get fixed and I'm sure it will come back perfect. I have total faith in them! Thank goodness no one scolded me for updating all my sparkle sisters on my ring status!

I hope this thread can be locked because it is completely off track and hopefully we can give ms.penguin a fresh start on a new thread.
