They have a different system for US and international customers. US customers get their purchases processed automatically, while international customers go through GlobalShopex.com and that involves some kind of phone confirmations.
So I ordered an engagement ring from Moissanite.com on Friday and by Monday when GlobalShopex did their phone confirmation, the item was already out of stock.
In addition, the "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS" on top of the Moissanite.com site does in fact NOT work for all orders. Only all US orders.
So that's bad e-commerce solution AND false advertising for international customers.
