Finally found my stride!

I have always battled my weight.
However, I am so happy to report that I finally found what works for me.
For the past four weeks I have been following a routine of eating six small meals daily and doing a four mile walking video at home 4-5 times per week. 11 pounds down so far and feeling great!
I have a daily calorie intake of 1200 calories and drink at least 120 ounces of water everyday.
I look forward to doing my workout as I have found it reduces stress and helps me sleep in addition to the weight loss benefits.
