Fake pandora on ebay

I was hoping against hope to be able to purchase some pandora bracelets off ebay to donate to a charity silent auction and took a chance.
Unfortunately probably 99% of the Pandora listed on ebay is fake.
I expected at least for it to be silver though! It is cheap silver colored crap!

This is the ebay message I sent to seller chris02894:

<<I purchased four Pandora bracelets from you. Though you state in your listing that you can't guarantee that the bracelet is authentic (which it absolutely is not) your listing states that the bracelets are .925 sterling silver. I've had one of the bracelets tested and it is NOT sterling silver but some kind of silver colored metal. In the process, that one bracelet obviously was damaged.
Thus I only wish to have a refund for the three undamaged (but totally frauds) bracelets. I will send the damaged one back to you to show the proof of it not being sterling.

If you do not wish to give me a refund, I will be reporting this to ebay as fraud, I will file a paypal dispute and I will leave negative feedback.
Please let me know how you'd like to handle this.
Thank you.>>

One of the sellers I dealt with is claiming that she didn't know and she is offering me a refund. We'll see how chris02894 responds. If I have to file a paypal claim, I WILL win.

and I guess I'll just buy my Pandora from Jared and use my employee discount. I just won't be able to donate as many as I'd wanted to the charity auction.

Luckily both ebay sellers are backing down on their no returns policy and allowing me to return the fakes!

Wow, thankfully you're getting your money back! They know they can't win. You have proof the bracelets are not only fakes, but not sterling silver as well. People should be honest as they aren't the only ones struggling. We are too and we're honest.
