BDT is still in business, but they have undergone some alterations since. The company has now shifted its focus to providing insights and advice on cryptocurrency investment strategies. In addition, they offer various other services, such as content marketing, social media management, and website design.

Is anyone having trouble with BDT replying to email? I have sent 3 email since 3/8/23 and have gotten the robot receipt reply but no one has gotten back to me with instructions. I have a 2.5 Asha Emerald ring that is dull and show scratches. I want to have it replaced but want to verify the process/information to make it happen. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm not sure they are still in business. Les Wright's FB profile says he is an AI / PyTorch Partner Engineer at Meta. In just checking the BTD site, there are no emerald cuts available and other Ashas are either out of stock or, if they have stock available, there does not appear to be a way to add to the cart. Good luck
