    Hi all,
I'm extremely pleased to announce that a new set of Takara rounds have finished grading and we'll have these ready to sell on 8/17.

Here are the grading results and pricing:

Report Number Shape and Cut Measurements Weight Color Clarity Cut Grade Price
    LG_M3A47723 Round Brilliant 7.43mm - 7.52mm x 4.53mm 1.55 D VS1 Excellent $7,680.00
    LG_M3A47731 Round Brilliant 7.71mm - 7.74mm x 4.76mm 1.72 D VVS2 Excellent $9,960.00
    LG_M3A47674 Round Brilliant 7.76mm - 7.78mm x 4.76mm 1.76 D VVS1 Excellent $11,520.00
    LG_M3A47681 Round Brilliant 8.30mm - 8.33mm x 5.08mm 2.13 D VVS1 Excellent $15,646.00
    LG_M3A47709 Round Brilliant 8.63mm - 8.66mm x 5.27mm 2.40 D VVS2 Ideal $18,221.00

The message board lost the nice formatting but the main point here is that these are all D color and an in a nice spread of sizes.
All are excellent cut, with the 2.40ct = Ideal cut!

We believe the 2.40ct is the largest colorless lab grown round diamond available for sale in the world [IMG]

You can view the IGI report online here:
    http://www.igiworldwide.com/verify.php?r=LG_M3A47709

These diamonds are currently showing on our Takara round page but again these won't be ready to ship until we receive from the grading lab.

But wanted to provide a preview of what's coming as this combination of D color lab grown and in these sizes has never been achieved previously (regardless of what the various Ebay sellers say they can sell you for $100...).

We've priced these very aggressively - most are coming in at about 1/3 the price of their equivalent mined diamond.

How exciting about the larger sizes! Can't wait for even larger ones to be grown.

Less, do you think you could ever do a video of an AG vs a Takara lab grown in similar specs? I would be curious to know what they look like compared for those who may on the fence!

Yes, I have been thinking about something like this but with a mined diamond as well [IMG]

Not sure if the video can capture three stones at once though (in an equal manner/detail). After we get the Takara's in we'll ask the photo studio about it.

    Oh yay!

Yes, mined diamond would be great, but the price point on that 2 carat, D color Takara is just incredible.

BUT so is the price of an AG [IMG]

    Looking forward to it!
