How does the seller receive his/her 1-5 stars review/feedback?

Just wondering...because there are more and more NEW sellers on the block. I usually would wait a bit before making a purchase from someone who just jointed D.B. especially one who does not have any 4-5 stars feedback. So that information is quite important, and I'm sure many members look for that too!

I have sold a few things on the Bistro and I'm very prompt to ship and try to be as thorough as possible when I describe my items. I have a five star rating but not sure how I got it lol! I tried to rate another seller but was unable to so I too am curious.
