Can't place an order on BTD website

I have almost given up. I have an account and have placed orders before but now I get to the payment portion and it says

We're unable to process your order - please contact us!

Which I did and have never received a response. I have a paid yahoo email address (actually two) and have tried both. Someone contact me from BTD to clear this up please.

And it does not work with my gmail account either.
Hi - sorry to hear about this!
I just looked in our cs queue and don't see anything matching...I'm unclear why a gmail wouldn't work (yahoo is very hit or miss).

I'll send you a PM here for an initial contact since it's Sat night here and can try and resolve tomorrow night.
Thanks for the feedback and again sorry for any frustration. We'll get it resolved.
